This is the first one
Today is Tuesday. I just finished watching NYPD Blue...which is one of the favorites, besides the O.C. I love that show!! I also love watching the food channel which is channel 112 on Dish. The Iron Chef is a total favorite there too. OK...so I am a bit overboard with things. I like to be that way when I can. Food is part of my being overboard.
OK...so here it is. I am 3 1/2 weeks from no longer being a Bowman. I will be officially a Hill on May 29th, 2004. I am pretty OK with the name change...strange though, to have to write something different then what I have been used to for 24 years. My mother is driving me nuts with all the last minute details about paying for everything and making sure everything is in order. You would think that she is the one getting married. OK...so I am the first of her 6 kids to be hitched, but she is way off the deep end sometimes. I know that she is just making sure it is perfect for me. I know that.
The most that I want from the wedding?? Money. We have a crap-load of bills generated from this thing and no money to pay for it. I am hoping to strike it rich somehow, but knowing that will not be the case, I am simply dreaming. I know it will be awesome, but for the cost of about $7000 so far. That is a lot of rubber checks if things don't change around here.
OK, I think that I have vented enough for now. Good luck to me, I will write as often as allowed.
